Meet Our Team

Dr. Ray Trimmier

DVM

After working closely with his father and helping out around the clinic as a small boy Dr. Ray Trimmier decided to pursue a career as a veterinarian. His dream was realized when he graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Shortly after graduation, he worked as an emergency veterinarian from 1984 till 1989. He started working at Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital with his father in 1989.

Dr. Ray’s hobbies include, gardening, fishing, and spending time with his wife biking, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Dr. Ann Macfarland

DVM

From an early age, Dr. Ann Macfarland knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She began working at veterinary hospitals in high school and first started working at Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital in 1984 while an undergraduate at Texas A&M. In 1990, she graduated from Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Ann headed east to New Orleans where she practiced small animal and equine/racetrack medicine. The pull of Texas eventually brought her back home to San Antonio. She began working with Dr. Ray and his father in 1996 and became co-owner of Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital in 1997. She is very active in the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and served as TVMA President in 2008.

In her time off, Dr. Ann enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, and cooking. She lives on the Guadalupe River with her husband, Carl, one dog, and five cats.

Dr. David Wille

DVM

Dr. David Wille received his B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 1984; M.S. in Nutrition from Texas A&M in 1986, and his DVM from Texas A&M in 1989. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and Southeast Texas Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Wille enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time, as well as spending time with his wife, Carol and his three sons: Kem, Cameron, and Samuel.

Dr. Lauren Leckie

DVM

Dr. Lauren Leckie is a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing small animal medicine in the San Antonio area for the past 15 years. Her professional interests include dermatology, internal medicine, surgery and pain management. She is passionate about helping her patients live long, healthy, and happy lives!

Dr. Leckie is married to her college sweetheart, and they have two beautiful, rambunctious boys, two equally rambunctious orange cats, and a two-year-old miniature Australian shepherd who tries to keep everyone in line.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, exercising, and traveling.

Anissa Walker

Hospital Manager, LVT

Anissa is a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 20 years of experience. She grew up as a country girl in La Vernia, Texas. Being an animal lover as a young girl, it’s no surprise to find her where she is today. In recent years, she also figured out that she loves not only helping pets, but also their people and made a move to the client relations side of the hospital.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending weekends on her parents’ ranch with her numerous animals, spending time with her family, as well as perfecting her hobby as a family photographer.

Anthony Gonzales

Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Anthony has been with the Loop 410 family since 1995. He is our veterinary technician supervisor and assists in training any new team members, assists the Doctors during anesthetic procedures and any necessary medical treatments. He is currently attending college to become a License Veterinary Technician. Anthony is a family man; he is married with 4 lovely daughters. He and his family have a cat named Tommy and a dog named Deuce.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys any and all outdoor activities—hunting, fishing, camping and BBQing with his family.

Lorena DeLuna

Client Care Specialist, Licensed Veterinary Technician

Lorena was born and raised here in San Antonio, Texas.  She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 26 years of experience. She graduated from Palo Alto with an associate’s degree in applied science, and then went on to take her State and National board Exams to become licensed.  As a young girl, she always knew she wanted her career to involve taking care of animals.

In her spare time, Lorena enjoys relaxing at home, watching TV, and hanging out with her cat Monkey who is 7 years old. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to see movies and going out to dinner.

Lauren Mills

CVA, Technician Assistant

Lauren has been with the Loop 410 family since 2015, but she started working with animals as a young girl. She grew up with her family rescuing animals on a farm in Arkansas and started pet sitting as a teenager, then moved to Texas in 2010. Lauren is currently enrolled in college working on classes towards her LVT license. In her spare time, she enjoys gaming, spending time with her friends and family and hiking with her beloved chihuahua Ellie Mae.=

Autumn Hampton

CVA, Technician Assistant

Autumn has been with the Loop 410 family since February of 2023. She comes to us with a little over 5 years of experience in the animal care field. Originally from Cypress, Texas (a suburb of Houston), she moved with her family to the San Antonio area around age 10. Autumn’s true affection for animals and having the will to show those that some might consider “unlovable” what love really means, is what got her into this field. She has goals to receive her Veterinary Technician License and then to continue on to become a veterinarian and to one day open her own practice.

Autumn’s hobbies outside of work are taking her baby (dog) Janie on nature trails, hitting the gym, and fishing.

Rebecca

CVA, Technician Assistant

Rebecca was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Rebecca has always had a passion for working with animals ever since she was a little girl. She joined the Loop 410 family in August of 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends but mostly loves being with her pets.

Alyssa

Technician Assistant

Alyssa has been with the Loop 410 family since June of 2022. She has been in the Veterinary field for 4 years. She’s already seen and done a lot, from volunteering at shelters to working in a veterinary hospital. She loves making a difference in helping animals and looks forward to eventually moving into the emergency field to make an even bigger difference. Alyssa plans to continue school to pursue her bachelor’s degree. She’s currently expecting her first child and is looking forward to spending time with her daughter when she arrives.

Erica

Client Care Specialist

Erica is a Client Care Specialist. She has been with Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital since 2024. She comes to us with 18 years of Veterinary experience. She started as a boarding technician, from there she trained to be a veterinary technician, and then trained to be a receptionist. She decided she loved helping clients just as much as helping the patients.

She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She is married with 3 young children, 2 senior cats and 2 senior dogs.  Erica loves spending time with her family whether it’s a frequent visit to Sea World, long days on the softball field, trips to the park or weekend family Bar-B-Qs.

Madeleine Lopez

Client Care Specialist

Madeleine joined the Loop 410 family in 2022. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Growing up in an animal-loving household and with her dad working in veterinary medicine, it was no surprise to find Madeleine there as well. Madeleine is a people person and loves helping our pet parents. In her spare time, she loves to read, play volleyball and snuggle with her dog Toby.

Xavyer

Boarding Technician

Xavyer is a boarding technician at Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital. Xavyer comes to us with 2 years of experience. He loves caring for our boarding patients as well as meeting with their pet parents. Over the years, he has learned what it means to be a great boarding technician.

Xavyer was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. His hobbies are cooking, traveling, playing video games, fishing, watching TV, and spending time with his family and his own pets.

Joshua Tobar

Groomer

Meet Joshua, a dedicated pet groomer with 17 years of expertise in pampering pets. He is committed to providing top notch grooming services for your beloved companion.

Joshua was born and raised right here in San Antonio, Texas. Though he didn’t start out his career as a groomer he always knew he wanted to work with animals in some way or another. He first began rescuing reptiles. From there, he went to work for PetSmart as a bather. It was then that he realized his passion. It was also grooming that brought Joshua and his wife together. Grooming is definitely a family affair in the Tobar household!

Joshua’s hobbies are fishing, cooking, gardening, relaxing and watching tv as well as spending family time with his wife and two young boys.

Diana Hernandez

Groomer

Diana is a 13 year veteran dog groomer. She has been with the Loop 410 Family since 2023, just in time to welcome you all to the new facility!

Diana originally pursued a career in business, receiving her A.B.A. from St. Phillip’s College, but during her journey, fell in love with the art and care of pet grooming. She is especially skilled in handling pets with anxiety and fear, and with a gentle and patient approach, ensures that your pet feels comfortable and safe throughout the process.

Her ultimate goal is to get your pet looking forward to and loving the grooming process as much as she does.

Outside of work, Diana’s hobbies include trail and road running, kayaking with her boyfriend and spending family time with her daughter and 2 dogs.
