Dr. Ann Retirement Letter

Dear Loop 410 Clients,

I’m not quite sure how 35-plus years as a practicing veterinarian—30 of those at Loop 410—have flown by, but here we are. I have made the decision to retire from practice at the end of this year. While the decision is bittersweet, I feel it is time to start a new chapter in my life.

As I look back on my career, especially my years at Loop 410, my memories are filled with the wonderful people and the pets you entrusted to my care. Together, we’ve shared joyous times, stressful times, sad times, and exciting times. I’ve never looked at this as just a “job,” but as a collaborative journey we’ve traveled together. Your support and friendship have fostered both my professional and personal growth, and for that, I will be forever grateful.

Although I am retiring, I am confident that you and your pets will continue to be well cared for by the amazing Loop 410 staff—both at the front and back of the hospital. I’ve had the privilege of working with so many wonderful team members over the years, watching them grow and mature. They are the glue that keeps Loop 410 running smoothly. Dr. Wille, Dr. Leckie, and Dr. Woolley will continue to provide the exceptional and compassionate veterinary care you have come to expect.

Thank you, one and all, for the privilege of caring for your pets over the past 30 years. It has been an honor and a joy. I will miss everyone, and I hope to have the chance to say many personal goodbyes before I finally depart.

With gratitude and best wishes,
Dr. Ann
